With initial plans to pursue a career in dentistry, Malika found herself redirecting her passion and energy for the dental industry by seeking opportunities to grow existing dental practices. Excelling as a dental assistant, she quickly grew her role in the practices she worked in and ultimately became a business manager in one of the top dental practices in the DC Metro area.
Knowledge of her expertise grew quickly, giving birth to Zar Dental Consulting. This boutique dental consulting firm has helped more than 150 practices achieve the success that suits their dreams and goals. Known for their hands-on and client-focused approach to building cultures, teams, systems, and strategies, Malika’s team is led by her passion to empower others to successfully navigate the industry.
With over 20 years in dentistry, Malika has become known as the “Team Whisperer” because she connects well with the staff and is able to help create a culture that helps grow the practice. It’s an approach that proves over and over to deliver the results practice leaders are searching for.
Happily married, Malika and her husband enjoy spending time with their two boys. She is also an avid marathon runner and loves to travel.
